Shipping policy

At ORO Racks USA, our goal is to deliver your order quickly, safely, and with full transparency. This policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver products throughout the United States.


1. Where We Ship From

We fulfill orders from two warehouse locations:

  • United States warehouse

  • Canadian warehouse

Your order may ship from either facility depending on:

  • Current inventory levels

  • Product demand

  • Regional availability

  • Delivery timelines

You will not be charged any additional fees if your order ships from Canada.


2. Duties, Tariffs & Cross-Border Fees

We cover all tariffs, duty fees, and cross-border costs on your behalf.

You will never encounter hidden fees, surprise duties, or brokerage charges.

If a shipment crosses the border, ORO Racks USA handles those costs in full.


3. Shipping Methods & Carrier Selection

We always choose the most economical shipping method while maintaining reasonable delivery times.

Carriers may include:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • USPS

  • DHL (rare cases)

  • LTL freight partners for oversized orders

We reserve the right to choose the final shipping method at our discretion.
This allows us to keep shipping costs low and avoid delays.


4. Processing & Handling Times

  • Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days.

  • High-demand items or sale periods may require additional processing time.

  • Custom or pre-order items will display expected lead times on the product page.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


5. Multi-Shipment Orders (Especially Bed Racks)

Rack orders are shipped in two separate shipments, each with its own tracking number:

  1. Load bars

  2. Remaining rack components

Shipments may arrive on different days depending on the carrier.

You will receive two tracking numbers via email once your parcels ship.


6. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • The continental United States

  • Alaska & Hawaii (additional shipping charges may apply)

We do not ship to P.O. boxes for larger items such as racks and load bars.
If a P.O. box is entered for an oversized item, we will contact you for an alternate address.


7. Order Changes & Address Corrections

To maintain fast processing times:

  • Orders cannot be modified once they enter the fulfillment queue.

  • If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible at
     info@ororacksusa.com.

Address changes requested after a package has shipped cannot be guaranteed and may incur carrier reroute fees.


8. Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ship quickly, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Peak holiday volume

  • Border processing (when applicable)

We cannot refund shipping costs for delays outside our control.


9. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or with visible issues:

  1. Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  2. Take clear photos of:

    • The outer packaging

    • The shipping label

    • Any internal packaging

    • The damaged product or parts

  3. Contact us immediately at info@ororacksusa.com with:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Photos of the damage

Reporting damage right away helps us file claims with the carrier and get replacement parts or products out to you as quickly as possible.

Missing or Lost Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • Check around your property and with neighbours.

  • Wait 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early.

  • If still missing, contact us at info@ororacksusa.com and we will open a carrier investigation.

We will work with you and the carrier to determine the best resolution.


10. Freight Shipments (If Applicable)

For oversized orders requiring freight:

  • The carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery window.

  • Someone may need to be present to receive the shipment.

  • Inspect the freight before signing for delivery.

If damage is visible, note it on the delivery paperwork, take photos, and contact us immediately at info@ororacksusa.com


11. APO/FPO Shipping

At this time, we are unable to ship large rack systems to APO/FPO addresses due to size restrictions. Smaller products may be eligible—contact us at info@ororacksusa.com for confirmation.
